We provides tour packages, trekking, taxi bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services.
By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and third-party providers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Cancellation:
- If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

Travelers must carry valid ID proof, visas, and required permits.
We are not responsible for any visa rejections, airline delays, or travel restrictions imposed by authorities.
Customers must follow safety guidelines and local regulations during their trip.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

We acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transport services, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage caused by third parties.
Adventure activities like trekking, paragliding, and road trips involve risks. Customers participate at their own risk.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or government policies.

6. Code of Conduct

Travelers must respect local laws, cultures, and fellow travelers.
Any illegal activities, harassment, or misconduct during a tour may result in immediate termination without a refund.
We reserves the right to deny service to anyone violating these terms.
